Had a bizarre situation Tuesday night on Shazam Casino's live baccarat table 3 around 11:40 PM CST. Placed $60 on banker, cards came out 8-7 banker wins clearly, but the dealer somehow processed all banker bets as losses and paid out player bets instead.

I immediately contacted support with the hand ID #BC-7739-228 and they acknowledged the error after reviewing the video feed. Problem is, they've had my $420 total dispute (original $60 bet plus the $57 winnings I should have received, multiplied by 7 similar hands that night) under "technical review" for 72 hours now.

Anyone dealt with live dealer payout errors before?

Support keeps saying "escalated to technical team" but no timeline. The video evidence is crystal clear - you can see the dealer's confusion when she realized the mistake. Just wondering if this is normal processing time or if I should push harder.

72 hours is garbage for something this obvious. I'd be blowing up their live chat every 4 hours until they fix it. That's your money, not theirs.

Live dealer errors happen more than casinos admit, but 72 hours for a clear video dispute is excessive. Most reputable sites resolve these within 24-48 hours max. The fact they acknowledged the error immediately but are dragging on payment suggests internal process issues.

I've tracked similar cases and Lucky Creek typically handles live dealer disputes within 18 hours once they verify the footage. Their process is much more streamlined - they have dedicated live game dispute specialists who can authorize corrections up to

,000 without upper management approval.

For your situation, I'd request escalation to a supervisor and ask for a specific timeline in writing. If they can't provide one, mention you're documenting the delay for potential regulatory complaint. That usually speeds things up.

Had the exact same thing happen at a different site last month - roulette ball clearly landed on 17 red but they paid 19 black. Took 5 days to get my

80 back even with video proof. These live dealer systems have more glitches than they want to admit.

The delay probably isn't malicious, just bureaucratic nonsense. Keep pushing though - squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Stay persistent but professional, man. Document everything - screenshots of your support conversations, the hand ID, timestamps. Treat it like tracking your workout progress - consistency gets results.

I stick to smaller stakes on live games for exactly this reason. When errors happen (and they do), you're not waiting on huge amounts while they sort their technical issues.

This is why I mostly avoid live dealer games despite loving the atmosphere. Had a similar blackjack situation last year where the dealer miscounted my 21 as a bust - took 6 days and three supervisor escalations to get my $95 back. The stress isn't worth it when you're dealing with software that should be foolproof but clearly isn't.

For future reference, BetOnline has been solid for me on the few live dealer disputes I've had - their video review team actually responds within 24 hours and they'll credit your account pending final resolution. Might be worth considering if Shazam keeps dragging their feet on obvious errors like this.

Hope you get your $420 sorted soon. The fact they admitted the error immediately should make this a slam dunk, but apparently common sense doesn't always translate to fast processing.

Wait, how does a dealer even make that mistake? Doesn't the system automatically detect the winning hand? I'm new to live dealer games and this is making me nervous about trying them.
