Just had the most frustrating session at Sweet Bonanza. Hit the bonus round on a

.20 spin, and the multipliers were going crazy — saw a 100x land with decent symbols showing. Screen calculated

Just hit a decent win on NBA props last week and trying to cash out $950 from an offshore book. They're asking for driver's license, bank statement from last 30 days, and a selfie holding my ID. Submitted everything Tuesday morning but still showing "under review" 4 days later.

Is this normal timing? The site says 24-48 hours for document verification but I'm past that window. This is my first withdrawal over $500 so maybe they're being extra careful, but getting nervous about the delay.

What's been everyone's actual experience with verification times? Trying to figure out if I should be worried or just wait it out.

,340 win, then completely froze on the multiplier reveal screen.

Been sitting here for 20 minutes refreshing. The spin history shows "bonus in progress" but clicking it just loads a blank screen. This is at an RTG-powered site, not sure if it's a Pragmatic Play server issue or just bad luck with timing.

Anyone else hit technical glitches mid-bonus on Sweet Bonanza recently? Worried they're going to claim the round never happened when I contact support tomorrow.

Had something similar happen to me last month, but it was on Gates of Olympus instead of Sweet Bonanza. Hit a massive multiplier cascade that should've been around $800, screen went white right as the final calculation was running. Took three days of back-and-forth with support, sending screenshots of my bet history and the exact timestamp.

The key thing is they can usually reconstruct the round from server logs if you have the exact time it happened. Screenshot everything you can right now — your balance before the spin, the bet amount, even the frozen screen if it's still showing. Most of these Pragmatic Play games save every single multiplier drop and symbol position on their backend.

In my case, they eventually credited the full amount after escalating to their technical team. The RTG sites I've used are generally good about honoring legitimate wins, even when their integration with Pragmatic has hiccups. Just be persistent and keep all your documentation organized.

RTG integration with Pragmatic has been wonky lately. Had two bonus rounds glitch out on me this week alone, though mine were smaller amounts so I didn't chase them as hard.

If you're looking for more reliable Pragmatic Play hosting, Cafe Casino runs their Sweet Bonanza on direct Pragmatic servers instead of through RTG middleware. Never had a freeze there, and their support actually responds within a few hours when stuff goes wrong.

This is exactly why I stick to live dealer games instead of slots. You can't argue with what happened on camera when there's a real person dealing cards. These software providers are running games through multiple layers of integration, and when something breaks, everyone points fingers at each other.

That said,

,340 on a
.20 spin is a serious hit rate — almost 2,000x your bet. Pragmatic Play definitely logs every single frame of their bonus rounds for regulatory compliance, so the data exists somewhere. The question is whether the RTG site you're playing at has proper API logging to match it up.

Screenshot everything immediately and check if your session is still active in another tab. Sometimes these bonus rounds are actually still running in the background even when the display freezes.

I've seen this exact issue with Sweet Bonanza at three different sites this year. Super Slots had the best resolution when it happened to me — they pulled the server logs within 6 hours and credited my account with no hassle. Their Pragmatic integration seems more stable than most RTG sites.

RTG middleware is notorious for this stuff. The bonus calculation happens on Pragmatic's servers, but the display and balance updates go through RTG's system. When there's a disconnect, you get exactly what you're seeing.

File the support ticket with the exact timestamp, your bet ID if you can find it, and mention that the win calculation completed before the freeze. Most sites will honor it, but you might have to wait 24-48 hours for their technical team to dig into the logs.

Had the same freeze on a $4 spin that was showing around $600 in multipliers. Never got it resolved because I couldn't prove the exact calculation. Take screenshots of everything right now while the session data might still be cached somewhere.
