Lightning Network deposits — anywhere decent for US players?

BTC mainnet fees been creeping up again (~$3-4 for a low-priority send). Lightning would solve this for small deposits but adoption at US-facing operators is essentially zero. Sportsbet.io has it, Cloudbet has it, but neither takes US players cleanly.

Anyone found a US-friendly book with LN deposits? Or is everyone still on mainnet + USDT TRC-20?

Status quo is USDT TRC-20 for fast/cheap. None of the major US-friendly books (Bovada, Super Slots, etc.) have integrated LN yet. Probably a year away.
