Had

Just hit a decent win on NBA props last week and trying to cash out $950 from an offshore book. They're asking for driver's license, bank statement from last 30 days, and a selfie holding my ID. Submitted everything Tuesday morning but still showing "under review" 4 days later.

Is this normal timing? The site says 24-48 hours for document verification but I'm past that window. This is my first withdrawal over $500 so maybe they're being extra careful, but getting nervous about the delay.

What's been everyone's actual experience with verification times? Trying to figure out if I should be worried or just wait it out.

40 on Bulls +12.5 live spread when they were down 8 with 4:17 left in the 4th quarter against Miami last night. DraftKings app suddenly goes into maintenance mode at 10:43 PM — right when Chicago was mounting a comeback.

By the time the app came back online 18 minutes later, the game was over and Bulls lost by 3. My bet should have hit easily but the app shows it as 'voided due to technical interruption.' Support chat is giving me the runaround about their terms allowing maintenance windows during live events.

Anyone dealt with this before?

The timing feels suspicious as hell. Bulls were covering and had all the momentum. Now I'm out

40 because of a conveniently timed system update. Illinois Gaming Board complaint worth filing or just eat the loss?

That's amateur hour bankroll management right there. You put

40 on a live spread during garbage time? Bulls were shooting 31% from three all game and you thought they'd magically find offense in the final 4 minutes.

DraftKings maintenance windows are scheduled and posted in their terms. You should have known about it before placing that bet. Stop chasing bad spots and blaming the book when variance doesn't go your way.

Wait, they can just void bets during maintenance? That doesn't sound right to me. I'm new to this but wouldn't they have to honor bets that were already placed?

I've been using Bovada for my NBA bets and their live betting never goes down during games. Maybe worth switching if DraftKings is pulling this kind of stuff during crucial moments.

How do you even know when their maintenance windows are scheduled? I can't find that anywhere in their app.

I've been tracking DraftKings outages for the past 6 months after getting burned on a similar situation during a White Sox game in August. They had maintenance during the 8th inning when I had under 8.5 runs and the game was sitting at 6-2.

What I found is their maintenance windows aren't actually random. They tend to happen during high-volume periods when a lot of money is on one side. I started keeping a spreadsheet of outage times versus game situations, and there's definitely a pattern during comeback scenarios.

The Illinois Gaming Board complaint is worth filing. I submitted one in September and got a response within 12 days. They can't force DraftKings to pay out voided bets, but they do track these complaints for pattern analysis. If enough people report suspicious timing, they'll investigate.

For what it's worth, I switched to BetOnline for my live betting after that incident. Their system has never gone down during a game I was betting, and their customer service actually responds to emails within 4 hours instead of the 3-day delays I was getting from DraftKings support.

The maintenance excuse is bullshit. I was watching the same game and DraftKings was still taking new bets on other games during that exact window. If they can process new wagers, they can honor existing ones.

File the complaint with Illinois Gaming Board. Reference section 1900.140 of their regulations about operator obligations during technical failures. They're required to maintain bet integrity during system issues, not just void everything that's inconvenient.

Check your bet slip timestamp versus their maintenance announcement. If they started maintenance after your bet was confirmed, they owe you the action.
