Requested a

40 Bitcoin withdrawal from Cafe Casino on Monday at 2:15 PM. Got the usual "processing within 24-48 hours" email. Transaction shows confirmed on the blockchain with 18+ confirmations as of Wednesday morning, but my Coinbase wallet still shows the old balance.

The transaction hash they provided matches what I see on blockchain explorers — 3 inputs, 2 outputs, fee paid properly at 12 sat/byte. Network wasn't congested that day either.

Submitted a ticket Tuesday night (#CC-7749) but just getting auto-responses about "reviewing with technical team." Anyone dealt with this specific issue where the blockchain confirms but the receiving wallet doesn't update? Starting to wonder if they sent to a wrong address somehow.

Had the exact same thing happen with Cafe Casino last month. Bitcoin withdrawal confirmed on-chain but Exodus wallet didn't show it for 6 days. Turns out their system was sending to an old address format that some wallets take longer to recognize. Support eventually re-sent to a fresh address and it hit within 2 hours.

This is why I stick with books that actually test their payout systems. 96 hours for a confirmed transaction is garbage — either their tech team is incompetent or they're stalling on purpose. Coinbase usually updates within 30 minutes of blockchain confirmation.

I track all my casino transactions in a spreadsheet (same way I log workouts), and I've noticed Super Slots has been way more reliable for Bitcoin payouts lately. Last three withdrawals there: 14 hours, 22 hours, and 8 hours from request to wallet confirmation. All under $500 though.

With Cafe Casino, I had a similar delay back in October. My

80 withdrawal took 5 days total even though blockchain confirmed on day 2. Their support kept saying "technical review" but never explained what that meant. Eventually it just appeared in my wallet on a Friday morning with no notification. The whole experience made me switch to using smaller amounts and testing different platforms.

Check if your Coinbase account has any pending transactions or if they're doing maintenance. Sometimes the delay is on the receiving end, especially if Coinbase is updating their systems or if there's some compliance flag on your account.

Wait, if the blockchain shows confirmed, shouldn't that mean the Bitcoin is definitely sent? I'm still learning crypto stuff — is it possible for a transaction to be confirmed but not actually received? Or could Coinbase be holding it for some reason?

Check the actual receiving address on the blockchain explorer against what's in your Coinbase wallet. Sometimes casinos generate the transaction correctly but there's a mismatch in the address format (legacy vs segwit vs native segwit). I've seen this with a few operators where they're using older wallet infrastructure.

Also worth checking if Coinbase flagged the transaction for manual review. They sometimes do that with gambling-related deposits, especially if it's your first time receiving from that particular casino. The funds would still show as sent on the blockchain but wouldn't appear in your available balance until their compliance team clears it.

This screams address format issue or Coinbase compliance hold. The fact that it's blockchain-confirmed with proper fees rules out network problems. Cafe Casino's been having wallet infrastructure issues since their November update — I've documented at least 12 similar cases in the past 6 weeks.

Here's what usually works: screenshot the blockchain confirmation, the transaction hash, and your Coinbase receiving address. Email both Cafe Casino support AND Coinbase support with all three. Coinbase will usually respond within 24 hours if there's a compliance flag, and Cafe Casino will escalate faster when they see you've contacted both sides.

If you want to avoid this headache next time, Rich Palms has been processing Bitcoin withdrawals clean — no address format issues and they actually test sends with small amounts first. Their average processing time is 31 hours based on my tracking data.
