Requested a $850 Bitcoin withdrawal from BUSR on Tuesday at 3:15 PM and it's still showing "processing" 84 hours later. Their support keeps saying blockchain congestion but I'm checking Mempool.space and fees are sitting at 12-15 sats/byte which is totally normal.

The withdrawal shows a transaction ID but when I paste it into any block explorer it comes back as not found. Either they haven't actually broadcast it yet or something's wrong with their system.

Anyone else seeing delays this week? My last BUSR withdrawal in December took 6 hours start to finish so this is definitely not normal for them.

That's classic stalling behavior. If they generated a TXID that doesn't exist on-chain, they haven't actually sent your withdrawal yet. Real blockchain congestion would show your transaction sitting unconfirmed with low fees, not a phantom transaction ID.

I've been tracking offshore book payout times and BUSR normally processes Bitcoin within 8-12 hours. 84 hours suggests either a liquidity issue or they're batching withdrawals to save on fees. Keep pushing support for an actual broadcast timestamp.

That's garbage. If you're gonna take my money instantly when I deposit, you better pay out just as fast. 84 hours is unacceptable.

I switched to BetOnline after similar issues last month. Their Bitcoin withdrawals actually hit my wallet in 4-6 hours consistently, and when I check the TXID they provide, it's always live on the blockchain within 30 minutes of approval.

The difference is night and day. BetOnline doesn't give you fake transaction IDs — if they say it's sent, you can track it immediately. Last withdrawal was $650 on Sunday morning and I had confirmation by Sunday afternoon. No phantom transactions, no support runaround about network congestion when fees are obviously fine.

BUSR used to be solid but their withdrawal processing has gotten sketchy lately. I'd demand they either broadcast your transaction immediately or cancel it so you can withdraw elsewhere.

Wait, how do you check if a transaction ID is real? I'm new to Bitcoin withdrawals and want to make sure I don't get scammed by fake transaction numbers.

Copy the transaction ID they give you and paste it into blockchain.info or blockchair.com. If it shows up, your transaction is real and you can see how many confirmations it has. If it says "transaction not found" like the OP's situation, they haven't actually sent anything yet.

I had this exact problem with a different book last year. They kept giving me transaction IDs that didn't exist for three days straight. Turned out they were having hot wallet issues but didn't want to admit it.

This is why I stick with Thunderpick for crypto withdrawals. Their system shows you the exact transaction hash the moment they broadcast it, usually within 2 hours of approval. No fake IDs, no mysterious delays.

Just processed a

,100 Bitcoin withdrawal there Wednesday night and had it in my Exodus wallet by Thursday morning. The transaction was visible on Mempool within 45 minutes of their confirmation email. That's how crypto withdrawals should work — transparent and trackable from the start.

BUSR giving you phantom transaction IDs is a massive red flag. I'd be demanding answers from their management, not just support chat.
