Hit a decent run on NBA player props Tuesday night and requested a
Their support chat keeps saying "processing within 72 hours" but we're well past that window. The withdrawal shows as "approved" in my account dashboard but the Bitcoin address they provided hasn't received any transactions according to the blockchain explorer.
This is my third withdrawal with them — the previous two in October and December both cleared within 48 hours max. Anyone else running into extended delays with BetUS crypto payouts this week, or should I be concerned about something specific?

Had the exact same issue with BetUS last month — withdrawal stuck in limbo for 6 days after approval. Their Bitcoin processing has definitely slowed down compared to last year. I ended up switching to Thunderpick for crypto withdrawals because they actually deliver on the 24-hour promise. My last three Bitcoin payouts there cleared in 8, 12, and 16 hours respectively.
BetUS support will keep giving you the same copy-paste responses until it finally processes. Just keep screenshots of everything in case you need to escalate.

This happened to me in February with a
Just hit a decent win on NBA props last week and trying to cash out $950 from an offshore book. They're asking for driver's license, bank statement from last 30 days, and a selfie holding my ID. Submitted everything Tuesday morning but still showing "under review" 4 days later.
Is this normal timing? The site says 24-48 hours for document verification but I'm past that window. This is my first withdrawal over $500 so maybe they're being extra careful, but getting nervous about the delay.
What's been everyone's actual experience with verification times? Trying to figure out if I should be worried or just wait it out.
,200 BetUS Bitcoin withdrawal. Took 9 days total and their support was useless the entire time — kept getting told "your withdrawal is in the queue" without any actual timeline. What finally worked was filing a complaint through their licensing authority contact form. Got my Bitcoin within 36 hours after that. The frustrating part is their system shows "approved" but that just means it passed their internal review. The actual Bitcoin network transaction doesn't happen until their payment processor gets around to it, which seems to be whenever they feel like it lately. I've moved most of my action to Vave since they handle crypto properly — my withdrawals there process automatically within 2-4 hours max.
For what it's worth, I did eventually get my full amount from BetUS, so you'll probably get yours too. Just be prepared to wait longer than their advertised timeframes.

BetUS has been having issues with their crypto payment processor since mid-January. I track withdrawal times across multiple books and their average Bitcoin payout window has increased from 31 hours to 96 hours over the past 8 weeks. Your 84-hour delay falls within their current processing range, unfortunately.
The blockchain explorer showing zero activity is normal — they batch process withdrawals rather than sending individual transactions immediately upon approval.

That 96-hour average @payoutanalyst rex mentioned lines up with what I'm seeing too. Had a
@southside sarah that "higher withdrawal volumes" line is their standard response now — I've gotten the same copy-paste answer three times since February. What's really happening is they're batching crypto payouts twice per week instead of daily like they did in 2023.
