Cashed out

Just hit a decent win on NBA props last week and trying to cash out $950 from an offshore book. They're asking for driver's license, bank statement from last 30 days, and a selfie holding my ID. Submitted everything Tuesday morning but still showing "under review" 4 days later.

Is this normal timing? The site says 24-48 hours for document verification but I'm past that window. This is my first withdrawal over $500 so maybe they're being extra careful, but getting nervous about the delay.

What's been everyone's actual experience with verification times? Trying to figure out if I should be worried or just wait it out.

85 from BetOnline yesterday at 11:30 PM CST after hitting a decent run on blackjack. Used Bitcoin as usual since their crypto payouts are supposed to be faster than traditional methods.

The transaction shows 6/6 confirmations on the blockchain as of 3 hours ago, but my wallet balance is still unchanged and BetOnline's withdrawal status page still shows "Processing - Pending Blockchain Confirmation." Transaction hash is legit when I check it on blockchain explorers.

Timeline breakdown:

  • 11:30 PM - Withdrawal request submitted
  • 12:15 AM - Email confirmation received
  • 2:45 AM - First blockchain confirmation appeared
  • 1:30 PM today - 6th confirmation completed
  • Now 1:45 PM - Still showing pending on their end

Anyone else seeing delays between blockchain confirmation and actual wallet credit lately? Their support chat queue is showing 47 minutes wait time.

6 confirmations should be instant credit, period. That's the whole point of Bitcoin - no middleman delays once the network validates it.

BetOnline probably batches their wallet updates every 24-48 hours despite what their marketing claims about "instant crypto payouts." I've seen this same pattern with three different withdrawals there - blockchain confirms fast, their internal systems lag behind.

Had the exact same issue with BetOnline two weeks ago. Bitcoin withdrawal confirmed on-chain within 45 minutes, but took another 18 hours for them to update their internal ledger and send the actual funds to my wallet.

Their support finally told me they manually review crypto withdrawals during business hours, which defeats the whole purpose of using Bitcoin. Ended up switching to Ignition for their true instant crypto processing - last three withdrawals there hit my wallet within 90 minutes of blockchain confirmation.

The delay isn't network congestion, it's their backend being slow to sync with the blockchain. Frustrating when you're expecting the speed advantage of crypto.

This reminds me of waiting for the Bulls front office to make obvious roster moves - you can see what needs to happen, but they're stuck in some internal process that makes no sense to outsiders.

BetOnline's crypto delays are like watching Jerry Krause trade away talent and then claim it was "strategic timing." The blockchain doesn't lie - 6 confirmations means the network approved your transaction hours ago.

I switched to Cafe Casino after dealing with similar delays during Bulls playoff betting last season. Their Bitcoin withdrawals actually sync with blockchain confirmations instead of running on some antiquated manual review schedule.

Wait, I'm confused - if the blockchain shows 6 confirmations, doesn't that mean the money should automatically appear in your wallet? I thought Bitcoin transactions were supposed to be automatic once the network validates them.

Is BetOnline holding the funds even after blockchain confirmation? How is that possible if the transaction is already recorded on the network?

This is exactly why I document every crypto casino withdrawal with screenshots and transaction hashes. BetOnline has been pulling this delay tactic since November - I've tracked 12 different user reports of confirmed withdrawals sitting in their internal queue.

Here's what's actually happening: they batch process crypto withdrawals at 9 AM and 5 PM EST on business days only. Your blockchain confirmation happened overnight, so it's sitting in their manual review queue until 5 PM today. I've verified this pattern by timing my withdrawals - anything confirmed outside business hours waits for the next batch window.

Last month I tested this theory with identical

00 withdrawals on Tuesday 2 PM vs Friday 8 PM. Tuesday withdrawal hit my wallet in 3 hours, Friday took until Monday 6 PM despite both getting blockchain confirmations within an hour.

Their "instant crypto" marketing is misleading at best. They're treating Bitcoin like ACH transfers instead of letting the blockchain do its job. Document everything and escalate to their compliance team if it goes past 24 hours - that usually forces manual intervention.

The 14-hour delay is standard for BetOnline unfortunately. I've had six withdrawals there this year and the pattern is consistent - blockchain confirms within 2 hours, their internal system takes 12-24 hours to sync and actually send funds.

Their chat support will tell you "blockchain congestion" but that's nonsense when you can verify the confirmations yourself. It's their backend processing that's slow, not Bitcoin network.
