2018 Phase 3 Training
The season is upon us and we all know how challenging it is to get those extra reps in during the season. So join us for our Phase 3 workouts!
Starts: Sunday March 11
Ends: Sunday May 20
Note: No workouts on Sunday March 25 (spring break), April 1 (Easter), and May 13 (Mother's Day).
High School Speed and Strength
- Cost: $120
Baseball Workouts
- Hour long group based instructional workouts (hitting/defense)
- 1 Baseball Workout session = $25 ($200 for the Phase)
- 2 Baseball Workout sessions = $20 per session ($320 for the Phase)
